BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA: * Section 1. The uncodified law of the State of Alaska is amended by adding a new section to read: LEGISLATIVE INTENT. It is the intent of the Legislature to urge the Administration to meet with the affected collective bargaining representatives to discuss expanding the pay plans within the current collective bargaining agreements." Representative Croft moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 2 be adopted. Representative Rokeberg objected. The question being: "Shall Amendment No. 2 be adopted?"
